Trainer Bios
Susan Rau-Weitzenfeld
Is a certified Personal Trainer and Group exercise Instructor. She is passionate about fitness
and its positive healing properties. Having gone through 2 hip replacements and severe
arthritis in her spine, she is confident that fitness is for all, it is clearly what gets her through
the day.  Certified by NESTA :  National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association, Certified
with SCW Fitness,  PIA:  Pilates Institute of America,  Bosu National, Certification and
countless others.  Susan is continuously staying current by attending several conferences a
year.   Member of IDEA Health and Fitness Association since 1998.

Nick Foley
Nick Foley is a Certified Personal Trainer who has been in the fitness industry for 27 years.  
Nick’s specialty is “one on one” training.  He is accomplished in working with athletes as well
as individuals who value fitness as a benefit to their lives for weight loss, conditioning,
strength training, body sculpting, injury prevention and a healthy lifestyle.
Nick is a former professional athlete who played basketball in Europe and the United States
Continental Basketball Association.

Risé Wendt
Risé has been practicing yoga for 8 years, and recently completed her teacher training with
JoAn Taylor. She has also attended teacher training intensives with Duncan Wong, Johnny
Kest, Paul Grilley, and Rusty Wells. Although Rise's background is in Ashtanga, she has been
trained in and is teaching a vinyasa flow style that is geared toward injury prevention,
strengthening and flexibility.

Anne Gall
My name is Anne Gall.  I am a certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor.  Over
the past 13 years my experience includes individual and small group personal training,
strength training, pre and post natal training, step, cardio kickboxing, spinning, Pilates and
nutrition counseling.  I am passionate about helping people of all ages and fitness levels move
and feel better in their bodies.  Whether you are an advanced exerciser looking for high
intensity training, you are new to exercise, or have a current or previous injury, I make sure
everyone is trained to meet their individual needs.  After years working in big gyms I started
teaching group classes at the Garage.  The small class setting allows me not only get to know
my participants, but it enables me to help each person and make sure they are getting a safe
and effective workout.
